Dude shouldnt have been moving so damn quickly but that cop 100% shouldnt have cut him off like that, stoller would have been visible to the rider not a sudden full roadblock

go back and watch the original. just before the officer turns and blocks the road, there is a dad with two kids stopped on the trail. it looked like the dad was helping the kids with something.

So at the speed, the guy was going it’s reasonable for someone to pull in front of him when he has less than two seconds to stop that crash was in evitable. There was no way for him to slow down

the officer just kinda cut infront of him, remember the dash cam has a fish eye lense so the distance is distorted, he was probably closer than he looked. theres no way he could've slowed down in time
