So many clients like this! Our clinic has an equal male/female DVM ratio but a vast majority of the other staff is female. Ageism is another issue(are they OLD enough to be a Dr?)

I always just see whoever is available because my senior dog likes to have things needing to be done last minute, lol. So far everyone's been great!

in my experience, females are softer in demeanor so.... its in my rescue's chart that we prefer females. he has PTSD. from men.

I always love the “are you sure you can handle my 50 lbs pit little lady?” Sir my 107 lbs mix can show your dog a thing or two, sit down while I teach your dog manners 💅
