I was fortunate enough to go to Versailles. It’s amazing. But, it does bring into focus the haves and have nots. Which in turn helps explain the French Revolution.

It's beautiful but when I went it was insanely crowded and we got the early morning tickets too. Just be prepared for a ton of people
