@complete_preservation: What is it? The client recently had a suspended timber floor replaced because of timber decay. Unfortunately the same thing has actually happened again in a relatively short time. When it comes to moisture under a suspended timber floor, one of the most prolific changes is a drain defect that has created the excess moisture levels within the void. Subsequently rot and woodworm can occur, and the cycle continues. Unfortunately when you get these issues sometimes the drains don’t get inspected, and within a short amount of time like this client…. Boom ya wonga has been wasted! Keep it simple 👍 If you like this content give it a like, tag a friend, a share, or even a follow. #r#ricss#spabh#historicenglandc#conservations#savas#surveyorb#builderc#carpentry#p#plumbere#electricianc#cabe#plasteringl#limeplasterr#renovationr#refurbishmenth#Homea#asmrb#builderd#DIYd#drainsurveyd#draina#asmrl#leakl#leakdetection#risingdampd#dampproofingd#damptreatment#condensationmoulds
