This was the first thing I thought of too. They found his listing and went and checked it out which is why the old man didnt get in the car and he walks down the street and the car immediately follows

Yes it does the 3min interval snapshot when it doesn’t sense motion. That is what triggered the original video footage. I’m not saying he is a time traveler I’m just saying the camera senses motion.
