@thehungrytruffle: this ravioli is the zest 🍋💛😋 // ricotta & lemon zest Trader Joe’s ravioli in a lemon cream sauce 😍 Ingredients: 1 package ravioli 1 lemon, juice & zest 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic Parsley - Cook ravioli according to package instructions, reserving some pasta water. - In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. - Add heavy cream and lemon zest, then bring to a simmer. - Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, parsley, and squeeze lemon juice. (I added a scoop of mascarpone cheese but this is optional!) - Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed to adjust consistency. - Serve and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. #pasta #ravioli #fyp #ricotta #FoodTok #EasyRecipe #cheese
