@tomsmithhd: One of the really common requests I get is for a very blonde result, which is blended well enough to not get a harsh root. In this instance, Olivia has been coming to me on and off for the last year after having a mishap with an unusual type of bleaching product that was far too harsh on her hair. We have slowly been bringing her back to something more natural and blended while utilising the brightness she has to keep her as blonde as possible, but feeling more natural. i'll be posting more parts to this story in the next day or so, be sure to follow so you don't miss it and more.
