@drillsthenics: We're a big fan of pull-up. Besides the first week, it is relatively hard to sore our back by just doing pull-ups. Amazingly, our pulling strength will increase along the way, without us being notified (we often "feel" the gain by the soreness after workout). Regularly doing pull-ups can help build a strong foundation for mastering advanced movements like the muscle-up and front lever. Is pull-up something you want to master, or is it your warm-up routine? Calisthenics Playbook it's full calisthenics beginner guide, and will Lead you to One Hand Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Pistol Squats. Pocky :
Pull-ups everyday could work. Simply stick with your bodyweight, and don’t get too close to failure too often. Undulating rep ranges are fine, so long as the weekly total of reps don’t decrease a lot.
