I use a Navage and use distilled water and their salt packs. Really helps, especially in the spring with all the pollen!

When I tried to do this on my nose, it stings my head? Like if I go swimming in the lake water gets into the nose kind of headache? Also the water doesn’t come out of the other nostril 😆 I usually

Just make sure it’s good clean sterilized water. 💧 but dang it’s super helpful. My face hurts so bad during sinus infections

We do! It’s awesome when there dealing with allergies too. Helps clear the mucus and allergens. Also good to wash out germs when colds are going around 🥰
