hey! I do this as a job. put hot glue in the nose holes before you fill it with plaster. This will make sure that you’re not scraping plaster off ur finished cast. They also come out super easy!!!! Xx

a cheaper way to do this especially if you aren’t going to reuse the silicone lifecast to run more is alginate. it’s one use. and you can use ultra/hydro call instead for the running part

In the future you might look into a maker lab or something that could 3D scan your face and then 3D print it and then you wouldn’t have to do the cast, but this is still an awesome process!
