Dude it's crazy how many times I've seen this on site. I do drywall, taping and mudding, flooring, doors, windows, trim,paint, basically everything but framing. Last 3 jobs I had to frame too.

The problem is home inspectors are NOT regulated and when passing a house if it’s not ok they have zero responsibility in passing a bad house
