I just started a diet. My thing is to reduce calories and increase protein. I personally loose weight on high protein.You have to find what works best for you. Giving up soda is the harderest😫

You should try semiglutide from a med spa or insurance may even cover wegovy!!! I had insulin resistance. Also I love the fair life protien shakes taste like chocolate milk, you are doing great!!!

Protein makes you get less hungry and crave less sugar! I drink one every morning with a protein pancake! You can find normal food that has high protein.

I'm not dieting either. I started Intermittent fasting. you can eat anything you want within an 8 hr period. the weight drops off. i too like to chew I d rather eat a fruit rather than drinking it

I was told (dietitian) 45 carbs per meal, 4-6 Oz protein per meal. then 3-4 servings of fruit & veggies. I lost 50lbs & no longer type 2.
