This is not your average flexed out photo! In both images I am relaxed!  I know it can be intimidating to start and to put yourself through a new experience BUT if it’s something you have been desiring to do for some time, you need to START and you need to PUSH yourself to get into the daily habits in order to get the results YOU want. I did NOT start with heavy weights, perfect form, knowing what to do… We all need to start somewhere! There is so much to learn along the way 🤍  I want to point out a few tips for beginners: ▫️Good form is more important than weights! ▫️As a beginner you don’t start with heavy weights because you can hurt yourself and you need to work on your form. Weights are meant to be progressed over time not all at once. ▫️You can go a long way with resistance training (using booty bands) and working out from home with the right equipment! ▫️You don’t need to know everything now. You will learn which exercises work best for you. ▫️Needing some help is normal. ▫️Eating nutritious whole natural foods is key. My inspiration to help other women reach their fitness goals started since day 1 of my social accounts. I want to bring you clarity, confidence, and understanding! 🤍 Thanks to all of YOUR support I was able to create BSM (Best Shape by Maria) and joined an app platform where I have all my programs, nutrition info, recipes, training info, form videos, workout explanations, motivational messages, glute guide, surplus and weight loss info, challenges and more!
