@cookinginthemidwest: #sponsored Smoked Pancake Sausage Balls are easy to make and so good! @Hungry Jack INGREDIENTS 2 1/2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese 1 lb breakfast sausage 8 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven or smoker to 350 degrees F. In a mixer mix together pancake mix, cheese, sausage, cream cheese, and maple syrup. Once everything is well combined use a cookie scoop to scoop out the sausage balls. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and place sausage balls on the sheet pan. Smoke on a smoker for about 25 minutes or until the sausage is fully cooked. Bake at 350 degrees F in an oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! My family loves dipping these in syrup or jelly! #sausageballs #pancakemixrecipes #breakfast #EasyRecipes #Recipe #hungryjack
