In a mixer mix together pancake mix, cheese, sausage, cream cheese, and maple syrup. Once everything is well combined use a cookie scoop to scoop out the sausage balls. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and place sausage balls on the sheet pan. Smoke on a smoker for about 25 minutes or until the sausage is fully cooked.
