even mine they say that I send the complain to law society firm.they request affidavit to confirm that I been calling, and my lawyer was suspended and they didn't notify me.

RAF is hopeless these days. Caregivers have to send their timesheets up to 4 times per month, just to find that they are not paid at the end of month

I can name each person working at that departments as I phoned them all with no results. for top management and no payments.

The issue regarding caregivers payment is just pure evil. RAF undertakes to pay people who help take care of the most vulnerable among us, yet caregivers struggle to get payments for months on end.

All of us has the same problem. medical invoices not paid for 2 years. caregivers gets paid when ever the RAF is feeling like that. Due to that we are loosing caregivers . complaints lodge no results.

ANC legacy. I dont see how someone cannot manage a balance sheet of existing caregivers for a year. but tell managers about issuing tenders. they will never make a mistake.
