I tell people about this all the time and they think I'm joking. I'm active and go to the gym regularly, but I still use VR to get in a little activity on days I can't leave the house.

If you need to burn more, try adapting some weights into your vr gaming. I tried ankle weights while playing beatsaber and it is quite the workout
