@thebarefootsprinter: Give this exercise a shot. It’s a great way to work into those sticky bits around the shoulder socket. If you don’t have a Shake Strap or looped cable attachment, you can use a band. Don’t grip it with your hands. Instead, keep it around the forearm to better engage the shoulder stabilizers.
