Here’s a better question. Why (in Australia) we pay a tax on all pads/tampons/feminine products, even shaving gel/razors for women.. but men’s shaving gel etc, is not taxed because men need to shave.

I hate wings because the pad is wider than my underwear so they just stick to themselves, or my skin, and not my underwear, so they're useless. I buy without.

I have an answer. I wear boxer briefs bc I hate wedgies. You can’t use the wings because there’s nothing to wrap them around. So the option to not have them is a good one for me

wings get bulky. for smaller girlie's and girlie's that like to wear leggings, bulky is uncomfortable and we worry someone will notice. my opinion
