You don’t need the light to do a lymphatic drainage. All you have to do is massage your face in the right directions. You don’t have to pay for some special gadget and this is from my personal experie

A double chin is from fat or genetics. Turkey neck is a loss of collagen in the skin. You don’t need this for lymphatic drainage.
