@katie_cooks_717: Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Ingredients: * 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs * 6 Cloves Garlic - Minced * 2 tsp Ginger Paste * 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce - Low Sodium * 1/3 Cup Honey * 1/3 Cup Ketchup * 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar * Red Pepper Flakes * 12oz Broccoli Florets * 2 Tbsp Corn Starch + Water Directions: 1. Add the chicken thighs to a crockpot. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the broccoli, corn starch & the water. 2. Pour the mixture over the chicken & cover & cook on low for six hours or high for three hours. 3. Next add in the broccoli - stirring well. Cover & cook for 15 more minutes & then add in your corn starch slurry stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer or until the sauce thickens & the broccoli is cooked to your liking. 4. I like to serve the chicken in chunks, but alternatively you could shred it before adding in the broccoli.
