I think what they meant is just they 100% use cica, not like it contains 100% of cica, if it makes sense. It’s like how some sunscreens claim they use 100% mineral/chemical filters 1/2

I was so excited to try this since my skin loves centella but when using this I got some bumps on my cheeks and mini red spots on my lower cheeks. 🥺 I saw on Reddit some people with the same issue

Haha i will say have never found it helpful for calming my skin HOWEVER i use before applying makeup cause it moistens and glows up the skin wonderful
