(1) Sometimes I wonder if some raw milk sellers heat their milk to an almost pasteurization point hoping to prevent some lawsuits and still being able to claim non-pasteurization

I worked on an organic dairy farm for a summer in Vermont and I will NEVER drink raw milk lol the amount of cow body fluids that end up in the milk
