just a small tip... use ice instead of just water. doesent give as much steam as water. Works for me very good and you can also do it during the day

i use oli and a grill brick does the same thing an no chemical needed then I use butter and coat the grill

At least every single place I have worked you can’t put that mix in the grease trap bc it has degreaser in it but everyone still does (bc that’s what we are told to do) it is that the same for yall
