Save this now to make later. 🍌Banana Yoghurt Bites 🍌 👶BLW from 6 months (once allergens introduced) 👩🍳Easy recipe for summertime 🦷Great for teething babies - Banana - Yoghurt - Peanut/Almond butter Slice your banana and add to lined baking tray, squash with bottom of glass. Add yoghurt on top, sprinkle peanut butter and add a few chia seeds. Freeze for two hours and serve. ✨TIP✨ The thicker you slice the banana the bigger the bites will be. Especially good for babies at the age of 6-8 months who need things larger to grab. ⚠️Chia seed should usually be soaked before giving in large quantities but when only a few are sprinkled on top it’s fine.
