So today was the day I finally finished 75 hard. And those wanting to ask yes it is bloody hard. It’s not so much the workouts that get you (I found that the easiest) it’s the weekends and finding stuff to do because most of your mates are out drinking or out having fun and you can’t really put yourself into that situation as it might throw you off. After day 45 I really started to struggle as I didn’t have that much motivation, getting out of bed and smashing out a run or a heavy weight day really plays on your emotions and mood. I am very proud of myself and the cool thing about doing it is that you learned so many new things about yourself. For example I didn’t know I had that sort of dedication or determination for something, learning good habits and getting out of bad ones was another thing as well. I’m going to continue to do my workouts daily and try get to my goal weight of 75 kg. As it stands I am currently 80 kg on the dot, so it’s not that far away. This is the lightest I have been in eight years and I’m very proud of myself. Just a few more things, I’ve had a lot of people ask what did I do? - I worried about cardio sessions, trying to run 10 km plus a day and do 10,000+ steps. - I get really sore joints as well especially from my disability, so doing weights for my joints and strengthening them has really helped. All in all you need to do what works for you, don’t go straight into it trying to run 10 km, start off small and work towards something bigger. To celebrate, this weekend I’m gonna have a drinkyloola for livs birthday! I feel like I owe it to myself. Chur ❤️
