In the GTA, everyone says Torono. They even coached the ambassadors being smuggled out of Tehran to say Torono instead of Toronto.

I always thought the Tronno thing was a specifically Toronto thing. I live in NB and I don’t really say it like that. That could also be because I’m Acadian.
