@planeat_a: Just planted my potatoes! Here's how: Prepare the soil by digging and removing weeds and add aome compost Dig straight trenches 10 cm deep. Plant the potatoes with the sprouts, or eyes, facing upwards, 30cm apart and 60cm between the rows. Water thoroughly, but try not to water too frequently before you see shoots, as seed potatoes can rot in waterlogged soil. When the shoots reach 20cm tall, mound soil around the bases halfway. This is called earthing up. #GardeningTips #PotatoPlanting #GrowYourOwn #vegetables #allotment #kitchengarden #gardening #farmlife #marketgarden #planting #sowing #growing #growyourownfood #CapCut
