When I was about as pregnant as you are I started drinking a teaspoonful baking soda dissolved in water every day or so, it really helped with my reflux

not much help for moving around but if you get relax through the night, if you can, lie on your left. takes *your* pressure off the stomach. No baby just been real sick and it stopped so much puke

I moved 3 days before I went into labor, & did some "fun" things the night before, soooo caution for possible labor causes is not bad I feel 🤣

I’m a nail tech and I’ve given pregnant ladies pedis and it’s never induced anyone into labour, few of them have gone overdue lol good luck with everything 🥰🥰

My daughter measured small and she was 10 days late. She came in at 7lbs and 19ins long. You're doing great, stay as active as you can. Allow yourself breaks and listen to your body it will tell you.

The worst is turning horses out and getting lightning crotch! I cried in a stall for 30 mins til the kid shifted enough I could breath
