Xylitol can be made from corn or birch tree bark. Make sure you get the birch xylitol

Generics definitely plays a big part. I'm 36, all my teeth are still there (exept wisdom), not a single filling. I don't do anything except brushing and even that I forget to do sometimes.

Toothpaste causes cavities for some reason. Every person I met with good teeth who brush everyday with toothpaste had hella cavities.. like 8 in one case lol.
