I like that it comes in a dark glass jar to keep the product protected from light and moisture. The label is in big letters easy to read and straightforward. These probiotics are a two-in-one digestive and Vaginal health They are big but easy to swallow. I did not experience any side effects. I've noticed I am having more frequent poops, less bloating and more energy. I Dont feel sluggish and tired. I am able to eat foods ! tried to avoid because It would make me feel so bloated and uncomfortable .This probiotic are of great quality and this brand works for me and I will continue to use it.
