I’m doing the same thing. I keep my hair moisturized, and massage my scalp. I use old fashioned grease mixed with leave-in conditioner.

washing your hair and leaving it alone + trims every 6-8 months help yall! If needed add some moisturizer some of yalls hair is dry and changing ur diet helps as well.
