uk here .. I don't mind tipping but at least do some service. I got tipped 20% for making a bubble tea 🧋 I don't think that should be a thing on drinks and coffees . table service, absolutely!!

If you choose to use a service that you know is paid for by tips and not the employer, it *IS* on the person paying to pay their wages. Tip or boycott the industry, those are the acceptable options
