I did feel good on the carnivore diet... buy the downfall was I got so bored eating the same basic 5 meals... this diet takes a strong mindset and dedication

I need to go on carnivore diet due to bloat. Low fodmap diet isn’t helping. But with a purpose to see what food is giving me sensitivity. Not sure carnivore diet for life is a good thing.
