@oldgreyguitarist: I had the absolute pleasure of joining the incredible @bowieexperience for a few songs over the weekend. This ended in a 3 way guitar battle between myself, tim wedlake (on the left) and darren jones (on the right) for those that don’t know, 20 years ago tim changed my life for the better, and forever, when he persuaded me to give up my job as an electrician, to go into full time teaching, and thats what a great teacher does, they change lives! I will be forever grateful to him for this, and to join him and the rest of the cast. what an unbelievably fun experience, and if you see the show advertised near you, GO! It really is an incredible show. I also got to use tims spare fractal unit, and after 40 years of playing valve amps, i’m sold!
