I find this interesting too because after cancer I find myself craving certain foods then finding out that they're good at beating cancer. been eating sourdough toast for the last 2 weeks.

Just make sure it is true sourdough bread! So many in commercial bakeries and some local bakeries use additional dough conditioners including adding yeast and not traditional fermentation!
