@thedenisepotter: Monday Reminder that it is never okay to disrespect your coworkers… 💯 Im not normally a “crier” … but my last job had me crying almost daily 😭 ~ mostly bc of how I was treated & then add how much pressure was on me that no one acknowledged. 👀 Only my mistakes were noticed … not that I was doing the work of 3 people who left the company. 🤨 They are the reason why I started meditating daily back in 2019 … bc I know myself.
