Fingers crossed CPS won’t allow that because they can make a parent pick between their child or partner if they’re unsafe. It happened to me with my son’s dad.. i picked my son obviously

if they truly believe it's a one-time mental health crisis then. ease him back into the family make him get an apartment. supervised visitation let a psychological team decide not the wife!
