@benpruitt_fit: 🔥This is a game changer if you have a hard time building your pecs! A great way to get a little extra out of your flyes is by doing them unilaterally (1 side at a time.) This is going to allow you to get a much better muscular contraction. And can lead to greater chest gains! Now there’s nothing wrong with doing this exercise l bilaterally (both arms) but if you struggle to grow your chest. Do the bilateral on your 1st push day of the week and the unilateral the 2nd push day of the week! Hope this helps! #chestworkout

Yeah but the stretched portion is way more important, that extra little bit of range of motion isn’t worth having to take twice as long doing both sides
