This is a weird thing but what if you coated the eggs in oil before covering them in water when canning them? Could it prevent water from getting in?

Have you tried dehydrating eggs to powder them? They can be used as scrambled or in baking so I’ve read lol haven’t tried dehydrating or water glass yet

I water glass my eggs and I love them.. yes, very watery… I’ve never boiled them tho. They have never let me down. I scramble them or use in other recipes.
