Kerinduan menuju Baitullah itu kayak rasa yang susah dijelasin ya. Nggak cuma soal fisik yang pengen banget jejak kaki di sana, tapi juga ada perasaan yang dalam banget, kayak ada bagian diri yang hilang dan cuma bisa ketemu di sana. Disclaimer: I always prefer water as the beverage of choice with meals. I’d rather my kids have zero soda. But if their gonna have soda, Olipop is one I’m ok with. This is why…. 1. Way less sugar than regular soda. 2. Stevia, better than aspartame for example in other diet sodas. 3. It has prebiotic inulin fiber. Definitely doesn’t replace an apple or broccoli. Their blend of other gut healthy ingredients like chicory root, cassava root, Jerusalem Artichoke, Nopal Cactus, Calendula Flower, Kudzu Root, Marshmallow Root, Acacia Fiber, and guar fiber can support gut health. Beware, certain people can’t tolerate these ingredients and can make IBS symptoms worse if your one a low FODMaP diet! As I always say, food fiber is better when you can get your fiber in food.
