In fact in Ireland all I see is inspections have been ramped up by local authorities(county councils) to fine the farmer even do they are releasing untreated sewage into rivers

All I see are new rules every week. They haven't stopped, all part of an agenda to get rid of as many farmers as possible and then when they get it down to a small number, take them over and get control.

Maybe farmers gotta start selling their own products in small farmer groups and locally to profit from their effort, rather than just farm and sell to discounters.
