you need to find the frequency on which your tinnitus is. And shake it from that frequency on the string, and then you find it on the lower one, then shake it again by listening to that frequency...👇

I've had tinnitus for most of my life,I had an operation on my ears to widen my ear canals. anyway it's worse at night,but at least I can't hear flies in my room when they're doing airshow for me lol.
