how about putting the smaller pans inside the bigger pan before you freeze it. put something heavy inside small pans to keep them down. more area staying cold

Another ice trick is when making a punch don’t fill it with regular water ice cubes. Use the juice in the punch for ice cubes so it doesn’t get watered down
