brushing 2x flossing 1x a day is literally 5 minutes out of your entire day, and is far more effective! plus you get 20 minutes added to your day!

It worked for my it dissolved my plaque in days and lightened my darkened gums I only did it for about a month and 2 weeks but I stopped.

The way in you interpreted the results of these studies is very misleading. If it’s saying there was no difference in plaque between CHX and oil, that would mean that oil pulling would be effective for plaque control considering CHX is the treatment standard. You interpreted the results as if they used someone who didn’t use any mouthwash as a control

Love this!! I literally tell my patients you could brush with just water and simply removing the plaque is what will help you. All the extra stuff won’t do anything if you don’t remove the plaque
