Runners trots is a thing, Google ways around it and see what works for you. Interval running did not work for me I found if I would run then walk then try and run again it never worked

there's an app called Tabata timer : you can set your "work" time for your runs at like 2-5 mins then "rest" time for walk. I found alternately btwn jog/walk helped to increase my endurance!

Honestly i would just stay consistent and try to run 2-3 times a week and not to walk too much during runs because it makes them harder and longer.

Strava is the best running app, don’t look at your pace when you have just started running, it takes time to get better but consistency is key! Listen to music on long runs but no music on short runs-
