Strava is the best running app, don’t look at your pace when you have just started running, it takes time to get better but consistency is key! Listen to music on long runs but no music on short runs-

Listen to music or a podcast and do like run fore 1 min then walk for 2min and in the end do like a sprint and se how fast you can run

I’m from Belgium so my English isn’t the best but i do track and field so i have some tips: don’t overrate yourself, start slowly and on your own tempo. Also don’t run with your phone, bring water!

Runners trots is a thing, Google ways around it and see what works for you. Interval running did not work for me I found if I would run then walk then try and run again it never worked

there's an app called Tabata timer : you can set your "work" time for your runs at like 2-5 mins then "rest" time for walk. I found alternately btwn jog/walk helped to increase my endurance!
