Mix until well combined. 2- Using a 1/2 tablespoon scooper, scoop out portions of the chicken mixture and roll them into balls with lightly oiled hands to prevent sticking. 3- Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat and lightly oil it with avocado oil.
