When I was hospitalized for uncontrollable seizures, and put into a coma, and no meds would work, mg nurses would be there to hold my hand and help keep me calm❤️

Nurses are amazing!! I loved my nurses when I was hospitalized before during and after my brain surgery. And all the nurses I continue to work with through my cancer journey!

One time on a peds onc floor during Covid my nurse snuck in her kitten cause she knew how much I was missing my cat🥹 I’m doing my pre-reqs now to become a nurse!

The senior doctor on one ward was always very mean to me because „my symptoms are all in my head“ and after a particularly mean comment the nurses made me a bravery certificate ❤️still have it ☺️

I had appendicitis when I was 11, I’m 19 now and I still remember the face of the ER nurse who held my hand, stroked my hair, and consoled me while getting labs/IVs/meds, etc. She was an angel🤍
