crying then taking a nap is your brain's version of turning it off and on again, crying has been shown to release dopamine and calm the brain, it reboot the brain which is how I've come to understand crying

I can’t even cry anymore, I just feel numb. I was wished that I could just cry out and release my feelings. The only time I cry is visiting my Mom at the cemetery 💔
