@lashina79: Tuna Patties - throw in any veggies that you like. I used spinach and bell peppers, wanted to use onion, but I forgot it. I used a Chia egg instead of a regular egg, which is 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water, let that sit for about 10 minutes and use it as a binder.
