Emphasis on wearing gloves. Degreaser will EAT ur skin! Please please please wear gloves and if u get it on ur skin IMMEDIATELY wash it off it works quickly

If you cut the degreaser with water it will save you money. My dad did this every day for 20 years with our restaurant. That big jug you need 1/4 degreaser and the rest water. You won’t use as much.

I used to work in restaurants with these stovetop and we used a brick charcoal to scrub that black stuff a way with the vinegar/water they are on Amazon
